Located just 50 km north of Milan in the Lake Como manufacturing district, Laryon Industries combines over 70 years of industrial tradition with an advanced technological vision. Mario Nava Spa brings decades of proven expertise in metal forming. Laryon Industries carries forward this DNA. 

Our mission is to eliminate every variable between the shooter and the target, delivering the ballistic consistency that only a fully integrated process can achieve. 

Our strength lies in the strategic collaboration with key technology partners, including Invernizzi Presse, supplier of our production equipment. This synergy allows us to manufacture with systems that are custom-engineered around the ideal .223 bullet profile. The kinematics, the number of stations and the distribution of forming forces are all designed to achieve the highest quality standards.

For reloaders, precision is an obsession. We have made it our daily mission. Progressive forming: while conventional processes put heavy stress on the metal, our equipment gently guides the material into its final shape, preserving the integrity of the lead core and the copper jacket.

For an ammunition manufacturer, the highest cost is downtime caused by non-conforming components. Micron-level consistency: every Laryon bullet is identical to the previous one. This drastically reduces jams on loading machines and optimizes your productivity.

.223 Remington FMJ Bullet

The Laryon Industries .223 Remington 55-grain bullet is developed to set a new standard in ballistic precision. Our integrated process controls the entire production chain: from metal strip to finished component. Everything takes place within a single controlled workflow — including cup production on the same press. 

We choose the path of progressive forming: copper and lead are gradually shaped into their final form through a high number of forming stations. This method avoids mechanical shock and ensures uniform material density, resulting in a perfect center of gravity.
